The 12 Steps are the highest form of creativity this Earth has ever seen. The steps teach that there is only one problem and one solution: Fear and Love. The steps reveal and remove the problem of fear so that the solution of Love can pour into your life. Although the 12 Steps were created for alcoholics, I have seen the steps work for non-alcoholics.
